【摘要】 改订成分作为土改纠偏的组成部分，在中共土改运动史上具有举足轻重的地位。在决定中国命运的关键时期，能否实现阶级成分正确改订，并以之达成最广泛群众的团结，直接影响土改整体效果和中共革命前途。从1947年底至1948年上半年，中共中央及各解放区就此问题之解决付出巨大努力。其中晋绥边区崞县在改订成分过程中展现的以先打通思想、再配合平分土地及发放土地证工作进行成分复查方式，完成对错订户成分改正和利益退补措置，赢得中共最高领导人毛泽东充分肯定，并将之作为典型经验在全国解放区范围内大力宣传推广。对“崞县经验”的成功实践，不仅遏制了土改进程中发生的“左”的偏向，亦巩固了国家政权对农村基层社会的强效管控，中共革命的成功之道从中可见一斑。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a component of the land reform rectification, the revision of the class status plays an important role in the history of the CPC’s land reform. At the critical period that determines the fate of China, whether the correct revision of class status can be achieved and the widest possible unity among the masses can be achieved directly affects the overall effect of land reform and the revolutionary future of the CPC. From the end of 1947 to the first half of 1948, the Central Committee of the CPC and various liberated areas made great efforts to solve this problem. Among them, Guo County in the Shanxi-Suiyuan Border Region demonstrated a method of reviewing the class status by first clarifying the ideology, then cooperating with the equal distribution of land and the issuance of land certificates to conduct a class status review, completing the correction of individual wrong class status and the handling of interest refund and compensation. This approach was fully recognized by Mao Zedong, the highest leader of the CPC, and was widely promoted as a typical experience in the liberated areas throughout the country. In fact, it was the successful practice of the "Guo County Experience" that not only effectively curbed the "left" bias in the land reform, but also fully realized and consolidated the state’s strong control over the rural grassroots.
