水滑石/树脂复合材料的进展

【摘要】 层状双氢氧化物(LDH)是一种低成本、无毒、热稳定性高和环境友好型的新型无机纳米材料,具有灵活的化学成分和独特的层状结构,将其应用在树脂复合材料中作为功能填料得到广泛关注。在树脂材料中,水滑石主要作为增强体出现,为了进一步提升水滑石在树脂中的应用效果,对其采用了多种改性方法,包括表面改性、插层改性等。这些改性方法不仅提高了水滑石的分散性和相容性,增强了其在树脂基体中的稳定性。水滑石的加入对于树脂基体的强度、耐久性、阻燃性、耐化学性等性能均有较大的提升。综述了以水滑石作为增强材料与各类树脂基体进行复合的材料性能研究现状,总结了水滑石对树脂材料的热稳定性、抗老化性、阻燃抑烟性、耐腐蚀性及自修复行、催化降解性等性能的影响。

【Abstract】 Layered double hydroxides(LDH), commonly known as hydrotalcite, are a new inorganic nanomaterials with low cost, non-toxic, high thermal stability and environmental friendliness. It has flexible chemical composition and unique layered structure, and its application in resin composites as functional fillers has been widely concerned. In resin materials, hydrotalcite is mainly used as reinforcement. In order to further improve the application effect of hydrotalcite in resin, a variety of modification methods have been carried out, including surface modification and intercalation modification. These modification methods not only improve the dispersion and compatibility of hydrotalcite, but also enhance its stability in the resin matrix. The addition of hydrotalcite greatly improves the strength, durability, flame retardancy, chemical resistance and other properties of resin matrix. In this paper, the research status of the composite properties of hydrotalcite with various resin substrates is reviewed, and the effects of hydrotalcite on the properties of resin such as thermal stability, aging resistance, flame retardant and smoke suppression, corrosion resistance, self-healing and catalytic degradation are summarized.
