基于丝网印刷制备高灵敏度脉诊微裂纹传感器

【摘要】 微裂纹传感器具有较好的柔性、优秀的灵敏度和很低的检测限度,可用于检测脉搏等微小的生理信号。使用导电碳油为印刷油墨。采用丝网印刷的方法在硅胶膜上印刷传感器,并将其与柔性PCB板组合将微裂纹传感器用于脉搏信号的测量。测试结果表明,印刷油墨具有较好的流变性能,适用于丝网印刷。对微裂纹传感器性能进行测试,在0~20%应变范围内,微裂纹传感器具有较好的线性度和灵敏度(GF1=200)。在20%~30%应变范围内,传感器具有较好的线性度和更佳的灵敏度(GF2=624)。具有快速的响应时间(80 ms)和恢复时间(160 ms),可以检测微小的拉伸(最低至0.15 mm),和较好的力学稳定性能,在5 000次压力循环过程中响应信号无明显变化。将传感器应用于脉搏信号检测,可清晰将分辨出脉搏的周期、幅度以及变化规律,可应用于脉搏信号的获取和脉象诊断,对脉诊客观化以及中西医结合方面均具有较大价值。

【Abstract】 The microcrack sensor, which possessed good flexibility, excellent sensitivity, and a very low detection limit, could be used to detect minute physiological signals like pulse. The article utilized conductive carbon oil as printing ink. By applying screen printing, the sensor was printed on a silicone rubber membrane and combined with a flexible PCB board for pulse signal measurement. The test results indicated that, the printing ink exhibits excellent rheological properties, suitable for screen printing. When tested for its performance, the microcrack sensor demonstrates exceptional linearity and sensitivity(GF1=200) within the strain range of 0~20%. In the strain range of 20%~30%, it maintained equally impressive linearity and even higher sensitivity(GF2=624). With a rapid response time of 80 ms and recovery time of 160 ms, it could detect minimal stretching(down to 0.15 mm) and exhibited good mechanical stability, with no significant changed in response signals during 5 000 pressure cycles. When applied to pulse signal detection, the sensor could clearly distinguish the pulse cycle, amplitude, and variation patterns. It could be used for pulse signal acquisition and pulse diagnosis, offering great value for the objectification of pulse diagnosis and the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
