【摘要】 国家公园生态产品价值实现是习近平生态文明思想的生动实践，探究其影响因素意义重大。针对当前影响因素关系复杂且不清的问题，论文首先基于供需理论分析国家公园生态产品价值实现机制；其次归纳并识别生态产品价值实现的影响因素；最后引入直觉模糊数改进DEMATEL模型，同时结合ISM模型厘清各因素的层级关系及各因素之间的关联性，以确定影响国家公园生态产品价值实现的关键影响因素。结果表明：区域发展水平、产品价值核算和价值转化机制的中心度最高，对生态产品价值“供给—转化—需求”过程的贡献度最大；国家公园生态产品价值实现的影响因素可从低到高依次划分为表面因素层、过渡因素层、深层因素层和本质因素层，生态资源确权、市场监督保障、政府激励机制和共享平台构建作为本质层政策机制因素，通过传导机制对各层级因素产生交互影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The realization of ecological product value in national parks is a vivid practice of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought, and it is of great significance to explore its influencing factors. Aiming at the current problem of complex and unclear relationship of influencing factors, this paper firstly analyzes the mechanism of ecological product value realization in national parks based on the theory of supply and demand; then, it summarizes and identifies the influencing factors of ecological product value realization; finally, it introduces the intuitionistic fuzzy number to improve the DEMATEL model, and at the same time, combines with the ISM model to clarify the hierarchical relationship of the factors and the correlation between the factors, in order to determine the key influencing factors affecting the value realization of ecological products in national parks. The results indicate that the level of regional development, product value accounting, and value transformation mechanisms have the highest centrality, making the greatest contribution to the “supplytransformation-demand” process of ecological product value. The influencing factors for the realization of ecological product value in national parks can be classified from low to high into surface factors, transitional factors, deep factors, and essential factors. The essential policy mechanism factors include ecological resource rights confirmation, market supervision and assurance, government incentive mechanisms, and the construction of sharing platforms, which interact with factors at all levels through transmission mechanisms.更多还原
