中国蓝色新质生产力测度与时空演进特征研究
Measurement and Spatiotemporal Evolution of China’s Blue New Quality Productive Forces
【摘要】 运用熵权TOPSIS法测度2018—2021年中国11个沿海省份蓝色新质生产力发展水平,并进一步分析其时空演进特征,结果发现:(1)中国蓝色新质生产力时序演进呈“U”型特征,空间演进呈“东部海洋经济圈>南部海洋经济圈>北部海洋经济圈”的特征,且其空间差距呈“变大—缩小—变大”的变动趋势,同时呈现出明显俱乐部收敛特征和空间集聚特征。(2)中国蓝色新质生产力结构发展存在显著空间差异,蓝色新质生产力发达沿海省份实现结构均衡发展,而蓝色新质生产力欠发达沿海省份则不具备结构发展优势。(3)中国蓝色新质生产力发展状态整体稳定,其局部发展状态转移整体呈“梯度式”向上级进化特征,且当沿海省份比邻蓝色新质生产力发达沿海省份时,其发展状态向上级进化概率会增大。
【Abstract】 Using the entropy weight TOPSIS method, this study measures the development level of blue new quality productive forces in 11 coastal provinces of China from 2018 to 2021, and further analyzes its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics. Results show that:(1) The temporal evolution of China’s blue new quality productive forces shows a “U”-shaped feature, with a spatial evolution feature of “eastern marine economic circle>southern marine economic circle>northern marine economic circle”. The spatial gap of China’s blue new quality productive forces shows a characteristic of “increasing, decreasing and increasing”, while also showing obvious club convergence and spatial agglomeration characteristics.(2) There are significant spatial differences in the structural development of China’s blue new quality productive forces. Coastal provinces with developed blue new quality productive forces have achieved balanced development, while coastal provinces with underdeveloped blue new quality productive forces do not have structural development advantages.(3) The overall development of China’s blue new quality productive forces is stable, and its local development shows a characteristic of gradient evolution towards higher levels. When coastal provinces are adjacent to provinces with developed blue new quality productive forces, the probability of their development status evolving upward will increase.
