亚麻油基多官能团丙烯酸酯的制备
Preparation of Linseed Oil-Based Multifunctional Acrylates
【摘要】 选用亚麻油、双季戊四醇、丙烯酸等为原料,通过碱水解法和分步酯化法合成亚麻油基多官能团丙烯酸酯,研究两步酯化反应的条件,并利用红外光谱进行定性分析.实验表明,亚麻油基丙烯酸酯最佳的合成工艺是:第一步酯化反应以反应物总质量1.75%的对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂,先在180℃保温1 h,再在200℃下反应5 h;第二步酯化反应以丙烯酸质量1.0%的对羟基苯甲醚作为阻聚剂,以丙烯酸质量4%的对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂,在120℃下反应4 h.该条件下合成的亚麻油基多官能团丙烯酸酯的碘值和粘度均较为理想,可用作光固化涂料的活性稀释剂.
【Abstract】 Linseed oil, dipentaerythritol and acrylic acid were used as raw materials to synthesize linseed oil-based multifunctional acrylates through alkaline hydrolysis and stepwise esterification.The conditions of two-step esterification reaction were studied, and qualitative analysis was conducted using infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the optimal synthesis process of linseed oil-based acrylates was as follows: The first esterification was kept at 180 ℃ for 1 h, and then raised to 200 ℃ for 5 h with 1.75% of p-toluenesulfonic acid used as the catalyst by total mass of the reactants. In the second step, 1.0% of p-hydroxyanisole by mass of the acrylic acid was used as the inhibitor, and 4% of p-toluenesulfonic acid by mass of the acrylic acid was used as the catalyst for esterification at 120 ℃ for 4 h. Linseed oil-based multifunctional acrylates with ideal iodine value and viscosity were synthesized under the conditions, which were used as active diluents of UV-curable coatings.
