【摘要】 本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法与个案分析法，以乒乓球课堂教学为实践载体，通过实现课堂与课外联动、线下与线上互补、必修与选修衔接，以“比赛”为核心串联教学环节，构建形成“学赛融合”课程模式，达成课内外深度融合、理论与实践紧密结合、知识习得与运动体验相互促进及课程思政有机融入的教学效果。依据“学赛融合”课程模式理念，遵循“一轴两线、双向融合”的设计思路，将乒乓球3项核心技术与3种典型比赛形式穿插整合，通过科学配置课时占比与教学内容梯度，制定《乒乓球》课程教学方案。选取广东某大学2023学年春季学期5个乒乓球教学班作为实践对象，对“学赛融合”模式开展教学实施与效果验证。结果显示：该模式显著提升了乒乓球课程学生竞赛参与的覆盖面与频次；有效破解了课堂教学中“精讲多练”落实不足、学生技术掌握不扎实的难题；通过系统化教学组织，引导学生深度体验竞争与协作的辩证关系、公平规则的实践意义、运动参与的获得感与价值感及包容友善的人际交往准则，有效明晰了大学体育课程思政的融合路径；同时，进一步拓展了体育课程的时空边界。更多还原

【Abstract】 By comprehensively utilizing the methods of literature review, expert interviews, and case analysis, and taking table tennis classroom teaching as the starting point, the integration of classroom and extracurricular, offline and online, compulsory and elective courses is organically combined.Through the basic form of “competition”,the “learning competition integration” course model has been achieved, which aims to integrate theory and practice, knowledge and experience, and course ideology and politics; Based on the concept of “integration of learning and competition” course mode, following the idea of “one axis, two lines, and mutual integration”,the three basic techniques of table tennis and the three basic forms of competition are interspersed and integrated, and the class hours and teaching content are reasonably allocated to develop a teaching plan for “Table Tennis”; Finally, the “integration of learning and competition” model was implemented and validated in five table tennis teaching classes of xx University in Guangdong Province in the spring of 2023.The results showed that the “integration of learning and competition” model greatly improved the coverage and frequency of student competition participation in table tennis classes; solved the problem of empty classroom teaching with “precise teaching and more practice”,and students’ weak mastery of project technology; By cleverly organizing and allowing students to fully experience competition and collaboration, fairness and rationality, sense of gain and existence, as well as tolerance and interpersonal relationships, we can solve the problem of unclear paths for the integration of ideological and political education in university physical education courses; and expand the space for physical education courses.更多还原
