【摘要】 本文采用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法等研究方法，对2024年欧洲杯8强队伍的进攻战术运用展开分析。结果显示：(1)定位球战术的积极尝试与进球转化率不足形成反差，阵型配置注重动态调整且以攻守平衡为优先原则，阵地进攻与反击战术双线并行，整体进攻呈现灵活多变特征，进攻形式丰富且威胁性较强；(2)进攻战术兼具灵活性与多样性，战术储备较为充足，区域进攻优势突出且以进攻三区为核心重点区域，丰富的区域进攻手段有助于创造更多进球机会，攻防转换快速高效——球队依靠出色的整体传控水平串联进攻与防守，并能在不同比赛情境下迅速调整进攻技战术的运用策略。2024年欧洲杯8强队伍进攻战术的运用经验，对我国足球运动发展具有以下启示：构建灵活多变的战术体系，提升区域进攻意识与训练水平，加强快速攻防转换及临场调整能力的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study employs research methods such as the literature review method, video analysis method, and mathematical statistics method to analyze the application of offensive tactics by the quarterfinal teams of the 2024 UEFA European Football Championship(Euro 2024).The research results show that:(i) There is a contrast between the active attempts of set-piece tactics and the insufficient goal conversion rate; the formation configuration emphasizes dynamic adjustments and prioritizes the principle of balance between offense and defense; positional offense and counterattack tactics are implemented in parallel; the overall offense exhibits the characteristics of flexibility and variability, with rich offensive forms and strong threat;(ii) The offensive tactics are both flexible and diverse, with sufficient tactical reserves; the advantage of regional offense is prominent, and the final third(attacking third) is taken as the core key area; rich regional offensive methods help create more goal-scoring opportunities; the transition between offense and defense is fast and efficient.The teams rely on excellent overall passing and controlling skills to connect offense and defense, and can quickly adjust the application strategies of offensive techniques and tactics in different match scenarios.The experience in applying offensive tactics by the quarterfinal teams of Euro 2024 provides the following inspirations for the development of football in China: first, constructing a flexible and changeable tactical system; second, improving the awareness of regional offense and the level of training; third, strengthening the ability of rapid offense-defense transition and on-the-spot adjustment.更多还原
