【摘要】 数字技术的快速发展为我国冰雪运动产业高质量发展提供了新机遇、新方略和新模式，是培育新质生产力、建设现代化产业体系的必然要求。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，阐释数字技术赋能冰雪运动产业高质量发展的逻辑框架和阻滞壁垒，并提出纾解路径。研究认为：数字技术赋能冰雪运动产业高质量发展的内在逻辑是产业端数据化、供给端精准化和服务端智能化。但在数字技术赋能的过程中仍存在制度障碍、技术局限、人才脱节和伦理困境等阻滞壁垒。据此，提出纾解路径：制度完善，建立规范运行的顶层设计；技术研发，提升数字技术的应用效能；人才革新，推动多元主体的协同参与；伦理先行，构建以人为本的底线思维。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid advancement of digital technology has introduced novel opportunities, strategies, and paradigms for the high-quality development of China’s ice and snow sports industry.This evolution is essential for fostering new quality productive forces and constructing a modern industrial system.Through literature research and logical analysis, this study examines the underlying mechanisms and challenges of digital technology-empowered high-quality development in the ice and snow sports industry, while proposing actionable pathways.The findings identify the core logic of this empowerment as consisting of industrial datafication, supply-side precision, and service-end intelligence.However, obstacles including institutional barriers, technological limitations, talent gaps, and ethical concerns remain prevalent.To address these challenges, the following pathways are proposed: enhancing institutional frameworks through top-level design for standardized operations; advancing technological research and development to improve application efficacy; innovating talent development to facilitate multi-stakeholder collaboration; and prioritizing ethics to establish a human-centred bottom-line approach.更多还原
