大学生课外体育锻炼智能管理系统的研发与应用
Development and Application of an Intelligent Management System for College Students’ Extracurricular Physical Exercise
【摘要】 本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,针对高校大学生课外体育锻炼普遍存在的“缺乏全面系统化的管理与指导”现状,根据教育部等出台的相关文件指示精神,基于“体育+互联网”发展的大背景,在分析研判当今体育智能领域诸多App运动软件优缺点的基础上,研发出包含6个模块的“锐健营App”智能管理系统。该智能管理系统“锻炼处方”链接,能够有效采集学生的体育锻炼数据,构建用户画像模型,生成个性化运动处方。研究表明:通过使用该系统,学生在体质健康指标(如坐位体前屈、1 000 m跑等)上表现出显著提升,学生在体质健康水平和智能化管理方面具有显著效果;能为体育管理部门提供了数据支持,有助于优化管理策略,实现体育课课内外一体化的智能化管理,形成线上线下健康教育并举新机制,增强了校园健康服务功能。
【Abstract】 This study employs literature research method, questionnaire surveys, expert interviews, and mathematical statistics to address the prevalent issue of “lack of comprehensive and systematic management and guidance” in college students’ extracurricular physical exercise.Guided by relevant documents issued by the Ministry of Education and under the broader context of “Sports+Internet” development, the study analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of existing sports apps in the intelligent sports field.Based on this analysis, the “RuiJianYing App” intelligent management system, comprising six modules, was developed.The system’s “exercise prescription” feature enables effective collection of students’ physical exercise data, builds user profile models, and generates personalized exercise prescriptions.Findings indicate that students using this system show significant improvements in physical health indicators(e.g.,sit-and-reach, 1,000-meter run),demonstrating notable effects on enhancing students’ physical health and enabling intelligent management.The system provides data support for sports authorities, facilitates optimized management strategies, and achieves integrated intelligent management of in-class and extracurricular physical education.It establishes a dual mechanism combining online and offline health education, thereby strengthening campus health services.
