【摘要】 目的：探究中部城市体育公园参与人群的体育需求现状及服务优化策略。方法：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，以江西省S市为例，通过设施、组织、信息、活动、指导和检测六维需求评估体系，对4 544名参与者进行量化分析与研究。结果：S市体育公园参与人群整体体育需求水平中等偏上，但呈现结构性失衡，场地设施服务需求显著高于体质检测服务，存在“重硬件轻服务”矛盾；需求呈现多元化演进趋势；职业类型是影响需求差异的重要变量，印证了职业特征对健身时空配置的深度影响。结论：中部城市体育公园需从“规模扩张”转向“精准供给”,破解供需错配问题。建议：构建智慧化需求表达机制，精准满足居民体育需求，促整体水平提升；盘活城市存量空间，通过复合开发模式扩容设施供给；推行“体育+”融合策略，整合传统文化等资源精确对接需求；驱动体育公园健康管理升级，满足不同职业居民的差异化需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: The present study is aimed to explore the current status of sports demand among participants in sports parks in central cities and propose service optimization strategies.METHODS: Utilizing literature research method, questionnaire surveys, and mathematical statistics, the researchers performed a quantitative analysis of 4,544 participants in City S,Jiangxi Province, through a six-dimensional demand assessment system encompassing facilities, organization, information, activities, guidance, and monitoring.RESULTS: The overall sports demand level of participants in City S’s sports parks was moderately high but exhibited structural imbalances, with significantly higher demand for venue facilities than for health monitoring services, reflecting a contradiction of “prioritizing hardware over services.” Demand demonstrated a trend toward diversification, and occupation type emerged as a critical variable influencing demand differences, highlighting the profound impact of occupational characteristics on the spatiotemporal allocation of fitness activities.CONCLUSION: Sports parks in central cities must shift from “scale expansion” to “targeted supply” to resolve supply-demand mismatches.SUGGESTIONS: Establish an intelligent demand expression mechanism to precisely meet residents’ sports demands and enhance overall service levels; revitalize urban underutilized spaces to expand facility supply through composite development models; implement a “sports+” integration strategy to align resources such as traditional culture with specific demands; and upgrade health management in sports parks to address the differentiated needs of residents across occupations.更多还原
