【摘要】 基于产出导向的工程教育(outcome-based education, OBE)理念和“食品保藏原理与技术”课程特点,从知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造方面出发,进行“食品保藏原理与技术”课程思政教学评价的研究,构建嵌入式“四维协同”的课程思政教学评价体系,使素质养成评价与知识考核、能力达成评价有效融合,在知识传授与能力培养过程中,培养学生政治认同、批判思维、科学精神和工程报国的使命担当,从而实现知识、能力、素养的一体化评价,全面提升课程教学效果与食品科学与工程专业人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the concept of outcome based education(OBE) and the characteristics of the “Principles and Technology of Food Preservation” course, a research on the evaluation system of ideological and political education in the course of “Principles and Technology of Food Preservation” was conducted from the aspects of knowledge, ability and value. An embedded four-dimensional collaborative evaluation system for ideological and political education was constructed, which effectively integrates the evaluation of ideological and political education with knowledge assessment and ability evaluation. In the process of knowledge transmission and ability cultivation, students’ political identity, critical thinking, scientific spirit, and mission to serve the country in engineering were cultivated, thereby achieving the integrated evaluation of knowledge, ability, and personality, and improving the teaching effectiveness of the course and the quality of talent cultivation in food science and engineering.更多还原
