响应面法优化女贞花原儿茶酸提取工艺

【摘要】 利用响应面法优化女贞花中原儿茶酸的提取工艺,采用HPLC技术,以原儿茶酸提取量为评价指标,通过响应面法考察料液比、回流温度和回流时间3个因素对原儿茶酸提取工艺的影响。研究结果表明:通过响应面法得到的最佳提取工艺为料液比1︰25.3(g/mL)、回流温度82.6℃、回流时间52.7 min,在此试验条件下,女贞花中原儿茶酸的提取量为85.213μg/g。该响应面法优化原儿茶酸的提取工艺简单,可预测性好,为女贞花中原儿茶酸的深入研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 The optimization of the extraction process for protocatechuic acid from Ligustrum lucidum flowers was performed using response surface methodology. HPLC technology was employed, with the extraction yield of protocatechuic acid as the evaluation index. The effects of three factors namely solid/liquid ratio, reflux temperature, and reflux time on the extraction process were investigated through response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal extraction condition obtained by response surface methodology was a solid/liquid ratio of 1︰25.3(g/mL), a reflux temperature of 82.6 °C, and a reflux time of 52.7 min. Under this condition, the extraction yield of protocatechuic acid from Ligustrum lucidum flowers reached 85.213 μg/g. This response surface methodology-optimized extraction process for protocatechuic acid is simple and exhibits good predictability, providing a reference for further research on protocatechuic acid in Ligustrum lucidum flowers.
