【Abstract】 As a core course in the Food Science and Engineering program, “Food Factory Design” plays a vital role in cultivating students’ engineering practice abilities and comprehensive competencies. As one of the leading teaching and research bases in the domestic grain and oil food field, College of Food Science and Engineering of Henan University of Technology has actively explored effective approaches to integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum by organically embedding related elements into course instruction. Based on the actual conditions of the college, analyze the characteristics and teaching objectives of the “Food Factory Design course”, discuss the necessity of ideological and political curriculum development, and propose specific implementation strategies. The aim is to enhance students’ professional expertise and ideological-political awareness through curriculum reform, thereby cultivating high-quality food professionals with social responsibility, innovative spirit, and practical capabilities to meet industry demands.更多还原
