胶体金免疫层析法检测绿色食品梨中高效氯氰菊酯残留的应用

【摘要】 采用胶体金免疫层析法检测绿色食品梨中的高效氯氰菊酯农药残留,并优化了前处理方法各条件。结果表明:胶体金法检测绿色食品梨中高效氯氰菊酯的检出限为1.0 mg/kg,与5种拟除虫菊酯类农药均无交叉反应。胶体金免疫层析法检测绿色食品梨中的高效氯氰菊酯残留操作简便、快速,结果稳定、准确,可作为基层绿色食品梨质量安全监管和上市前农药残留检测的一种有效手段。

【Abstract】 cypermethrin in green food pear was detected by colloidal gold immunochromatography, and the effect of pretreatment conditions on the detection results was studied. The results showed that detect limit of colloidal gold immunochromatography in rapid detecting β-cypermethrin was 1.0 mg/kg. There was no cross-reaction between β-cypermethrin and other 5 types of pyrethroid pesticides. Colloidal gold immunochromatography in rapid detecting residues of β-cypermethrin in green food pear was simple, rapid, accurate and stable. It could be used as an effective method for grassroots regulatory anthorities in the supervision of green food pear and detection of the pesticide residue in green food pear.
