【Abstract】 Taking the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship base as an entry point, we study the hardware facilities,mentor team, student team building and management system of innovation and entrepreneurship base, explore the feasible countermeasures conducive to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship base, build the model of university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship base construction, and promote the function of the base, so as to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
