【摘要】 随着现代信息技术和经济全球化的发展，物流行业正面临数字化、智能化转型，亟须能够适应现代物流业发展的高素质高水平人才。文中首先分析了物流行业转型对人才的新要求和思想政治理论课在高校物流管理专业育人中的重要内涵。然后，指出当前物流管理专业思政课教学中存在的问题，并从教学主体、教学资源、教学模式、教学实践和教学评价方面提出了一系列针对性的实施路径。文中探讨如何在数智化转型背景下，将高校思想政治理论课与物流管理专业进行深度融合，以培养适应新时代物流业发展的从业人才，从而为高校相关人员提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of modern information technology and economic globalization, the logistics industry is facing digital and intelligent transformation, and is in urgent need of high-quality and high-level talents who can adapt to the development of modern logistics industry. This paper first analyzes the new requirements of the logistics industry transformation for talents and the important connotation of ideological and political theory course in the training of logistics management professionals in colleges and universities. Then, it points out the problems existing in the teaching of the current ideological and political theory course of logistics management majors, and puts forward a series of targeted implementation paths from the aspects of teaching subject, teaching resources, teaching mode, teaching practice and teaching evaluation. The paper explores how the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities can be deeply integrated with the logistics management majors under the background of the digital and intelligent transformation, with a view to providing references for the relevant personnel in universities and colleges.更多还原
