【摘要】 “管理学原理”课程是物流管理专业的核心课程，在专业人才培养中具有基础作用。为了适应专业需求，该课程普遍采用混合式教学，但在应用过程中仍存在“两低两高”问题。对此，文中在调研该专业学生特征、需求和学情的基础上，围绕课程内容重构、教学方法创新、教学环境创设和教学评价调整四个方面提出了该课程教学改革的思路与举措，以期兼顾学生差异化特征与学习诉求，提升线上自主学习效率和线下协同合作深度，实现理论知识在物流管理实践中的有效应用，形成“课程-实践-育人”的良性循环。更多还原

【Abstract】 “Principle of Management”is the core course in Logistic Management Major and is the basis for professional talent training. Following the development trend of the major, this course widely uses the blended learning mode,but there are four significant problems in the application process, which are manifested in“two low and tow high”. Therefore, this study first analyzes the characteristics and learning situation of students in logistic management major, and then proposes teaching reform measures based on course content, teaching method, learning environment and teaching evaluation, so as to fully consider the differentiated characteristics and learning demands of students, improve the online learning efficiency, strengthen the depth of offline cooperation, realize the effective application of theories, and consequently forming a virtuous circle of“curriculum-practice-education”.更多还原
