【摘要】 随着乡村振兴战略的加快推进，有效解决“三农”问题成为当前一项迫切且关键的课题。榆中县地处陇中黄土高原，具有发展高原夏菜产业的良好环境。目前，高原夏菜产业已经发展成为了榆中县推进乡村振兴的支柱产业，然而，推动高原夏菜产业实现高质量发展仍存在诸多亟待解决的问题。文中基于熵权TOPSIS法和障碍因子法对榆中县高原夏菜产业进行研究分析，研究结果表明：榆中县高原夏菜产业在发展过程中存在政策扶持、科技创新、企业培育等不足和产业结构、品牌建设、运行机制等不合理的问题。针对以上存在的问题，文中提出了加大政策扶持、强化科技支撑、加强龙头企业培育等发展举措，以期推动榆中县高原夏菜产业实现高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the accelerated promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, effectively solving the“three rural”issues is currently the most urgent and critical issue. Yuzhong County is located on the Loess Plateau in central Gansu, providing a favorable environment for the development of the plateau summer vegetable industry. At present, the plateau summer vegetable industry has developed into a pillar industry for promoting rural revitalization in Yuzhong County. However, there are still many problems to be solved in promoting the high-quality development of the plateau summer vegetable industry. This article conducts research and analysis on the plateau summer vegetable industry in Yuzhong County based on the entropy weight TOPSIS method and obstacle factor method. The research results indicate that there are deficiencies in policy support, technological innovation, and enterprise cultivation in the development process of the plateau summer vegetable industry in Yuzhong County, as well as unreasonable problems in industrial structure, brand building,and operational mechanisms. In response to the above problems, some development measures are porposed, such as increasing policy support, strengthening technological support, and enhancing the cultivation of leading enterprises, so as to promote the high-quality development of the plateau summer vegetable industry in Yuzhong County.更多还原
