葡萄与葡萄酒工程实验室安全体系建设

【摘要】 以学生为中心的葡萄与葡萄酒工程实验室安全体系建设对于保障师生生命健康、维护校园稳定和推动科研创新具有重要的意义。目前,各地高校葡萄酒专业在实验室安全体系建设中存在安全意识淡薄、安全教育滞后、安全文化氛围缺失以及安全物质保障不坚实等问题。基于此,相关研究团队提出压实责任体系、设立准入制度、重视学生参与、渗透记录和身份认同、开展智慧实验室建设和文化融合等实验室安全体系建设措施。本研究有助于为相关专业实验室安全体系建设提供有益参考,以确保实验室的安全运行。

【Abstract】 The construction of a student-centered safety system for grape and wine engineering laboratories is of great significance to protect the lives and health of teachers and students,maintain campus stability,and promote scientific research and innovation.At present,there are some problems in the construction of laboratory safety system in the laboratory safety system of colleges and universities,such as weak safety awareness,lagging safety education,lack of safety culture atmosphere,and unsolid safety material guarantee.Based on this,the relevant research team proposed measures for the construction of laboratory safety system,such as consolidating the responsibility system,establishing an access system,attaching importance to student participation,infiltrating records and identity,and carrying out the construction of smart laboratories and cultural integration.This study is helpful to provide a useful reference for the construction of the safety system of related professional laboratories to ensure the safe operation of the laboratory.
