【摘要】 基于人工智能引发的伦理风险与国际应对，研究从5个方面归纳了体育人工智能伦理问题的复杂性与特殊性：（1）体育学科涵盖范围的广泛性；（2）体育场景应用的先行性；（3）各项目与体育不同二级学科的侧重性；（4）技术推广与教育普及的挑战性；（5）不同国家和地区情况的特殊性。以《人工智能伦理：议题与倡议》报告为依据，研究对体育人工智能伦理风险的主要表现及其产生机制进行了提炼：（1）健身（健康）隐私数据泄露引发安全风险；（2）决策过程透明度低引发体育活动中人的主体性缺失风险；（3）权责不清引发体育活动中的追责困境；（4）算法歧视导致体育活动参与者被标签化；（5）智能技术滥用或恶用造成不平等竞争风险。研究认为，可从4个方面探索体育人工智能伦理风险的纾解路径：（1）加强系统谋划与顶层设计；（2）共创体育人工智能伦理风险治理的跨学科平台；（3）构建“防”“建”“管”三层风险应对体系；（4）加强体育行业人工智能伦理风险的教育与培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the ethical risks posed by artificial intelligence and the international response, this paper summarizes the complexity and particularity of the ethical issues in sports artificial intelligence from five aspects:(1) the wide range of sports subjects;(2) the priority of application in sports field;(3) the emphasis on sports events and different sports sub-discipline;(4) the challenges of technology promotion and popularization;(5) the specific conditions of different countries and regions. Based on the report The Ethics of Artificial Intelligence: Issues and Initiatives, the paper defines ethical risks related to the major performance and generation mechanism of sports artificial intelligence:(1) security risks caused by fitness/health privacy data leakage;(2) the risk of lacking human subjectivity in sports activities arising from the low transparency of decision-making process;(3) the dilemma of accountability in sports activities resulting from the ambiguity of rights and responsibilities;(4) the labeling of sports participants by algorithmic discrimination;(5) the risk of unfair competition due to misuse or abuse of intelligent technology. It is suggested that the path to alleviate the ethical risks of sports artificial intelligence can be explored from the following four aspects:(1) enhancing strategic planning and top-level design;(2) jointly creating an interdisciplinary platform for the ethical risk management of sports artificial intelligence;(3) constructing a three-tier risk response system of “prevention”, “construction” and “management”;(4)strengthening education and training on the ethical risks of artificial intelligence in the sports industry.更多还原
