不同春小麦茎秆抗倒特性与产量相关性分析
Correlation between Lodging Resistance Characteristics and Yield in Different Spring Wheat Stems
【摘要】 为探究不同春小麦品种茎秆抗倒伏特性及产量差异,本研究以8个春小麦新品系为材料,以宁春4号为对照,通过对不同材料茎秆特征、茎秆强度、抗倒伏指数及产量性状进行测定分析,以明确春小麦茎秆抗倒特性与产量性状之间的关系。结果表明,8个品系抗倒伏指数都高于对照宁春4号,其中15M8887和15MJ424其抗倒伏性能表现较好,且产量水平较高;DN-646和SM-17茎秆抗倒伏性能较差,田间发生倒伏风险较大,产量表现一般。相关分析结果表明,产量与基部第2节间粗和植株茎秆强度呈显著正相关、与基部第2节间抗折力和抗倒伏指数呈极显著正相关、与基部第2节间长呈负相关。在高产品种选育的同时,要通过选择株高适中、基部第2节间短而粗壮、茎秆强度大等性状指标来提高小麦抗倒伏能力,是实现小麦增产增收的有效途径。
【Abstract】 To investigate the lodging resistance characteristics and yield differences among different spring wheat lines, eight newly developed lines were used as experimental materials, with ‘Ningchun 4’ serving as the control. Stem morphological traits, mechanical strength, lodging resistance index, and yield-related parameters were measured and analyzed to clarify the relationship between lodging resistance and yield performance in spring wheat.The results showed that all eight lines exhibited lodging resistance indices higher than that of the control, ‘Ningchun 4’. Among them, lines 15M8887 and 15MJ424 demonstrated strong lodging resistance and high yield performance, whereas DN-646 and SM-17 showed weak lodging resistance and were prone to lodging under field conditions, with moderate yield performance.Correlation analysis revealed that yield was significantly positively correlated with the thickness of the basal second internode and overall stem strength, and showed a highly significant positive correlation with the breaking force and lodging resistance index of the basal second internode. In contrast, a significant negative correlation was observed between yield and the length of the basal second internode.In addition to selecting for high-yield potential, targeting traits such as moderate plant height, short and thick basal second internodes, and high stem mechanical strength is an effective strategy for improving wheat productivity and economic returns.
