【Abstract】 The "one-stop" student community in agricultural vocational colleges is a key strategic initiative to develop a holistic ideological and political education system and establish an integrated three-pronged educational framework. However, the current development of "one-stop" student communities faces challenges due to a mismatch between supply and demand. Drawing on the unique strengths of agricultural vocational colleges, this paper begins by examining the value and significance of student community development, and then analyzes the key challenges encountered in its implementation. It further identifies the gap between student needs and the services provided by "one-stop" communities, and proposes an educational mechanism to better align supply with demand, thereby enhancing the systematic and targeted implementation of ideological and political education.更多还原
