铵盐对粉煤灰物理化学特性的影响

【摘要】 为了研究铵盐对粉煤灰理化特性的影响,提升脱硝粉煤灰在水泥混凝土中的应用,本文将不同比例的硫酸氢铵ABS(0.6%、1.0%、2.0%、3.0%)添加至粉煤灰中,通过高温熔化的方式将ABS黏附于粉煤灰颗粒。研究了不同铵盐掺量下,粉煤灰颗粒的细度、比表面积、粒径分布、微观形貌和孔径结构的变化规律,并测试了粉煤灰粉体的流动性和火山灰活性。研究结果表明,ABS的掺入与黏附增大了粉煤灰的45μm筛和80μm筛筛余量、颗粒粒径和孔径尺寸,降低了粉煤灰的比表面积和总孔体积,但并未显著影响粉煤灰的颗粒形貌。ABS的黏附增大了粉煤灰粉体的休止角,降低了粉煤灰粉体的流动性,并小幅降低了粉煤灰的火山灰活性(<5%)。

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of ammonium salt on the physical and chemical properties of fly ash(FA) and enhance the application of denitrified fly ash in the cement industry, different proportions of ammonium bisulfate(ABS)(0.6%, 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0%) were added to the fly ash, and the ammonium salt was adhered to the fly ash particles through high-temperature melting. The variations of fineness, specific surface area, particle size distribution, microscopic morphology and pore structure of FA under different ABS contents were investigated, and the fluidity and pozzolanic activity of FA were tested. The results indicated that the incorporation and adhesion of ABS increased the 45 μm and 85 μm sieve residues, particle size and pore size of fly ash, reduced the specific surface area and total pore volume of fly ash, but did not significantly affect the particle morphology of fly ash. The adhesion of ABS increased the angle of repose of FA, reduced its fluidity, and slightly decreased the pozzolanic activity(<5%).
