【Abstract】 The cervicodorsal fat pad involves pathological thickening of subcutaneous adipose tissue in the posterior cervical and dorsal regions, which not only compromises aesthetic appearance but may also lead to restricted cervical mobility and localized pain. In severe cases, it adversely impacts patients’ psychological well-being. Current therapeutic approaches include traditional surgical resection,negative-pressure liposuction, and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) modalities. This review aims to delineate surgical management strategies, with a focus on minimally invasive liposuction techniques, and explores the application prospects of emerging technologies.Based on the comprehensive literature analysis, we scrutinize the therapeutic efficacy of conventional resection, negative-pressure liposuction, energy-assisted technologies, and TCM needle-knife release therapy. The ultimate objective is to pioneer safer and more effective therapeutic interventions to enhance clinical outcomes while mitigating complications and recurrence rates.更多还原
