【摘要】 目的 探讨行面部美容术后非结核分支杆菌（non-tuberculous mycobactrria,NTM）皮肤软组织感染的临床特点、诊断和治疗手段。方法 回顾性分析自2016年1月至2021年12月，辽宁省人民医院整形美容外科共收治9例NTM皮肤感染患者的临床资料，结合药敏试验、微生物学检查、超声、病理及临床表现，分析总结诊治过程及疗效。结果 9例患者的面部感染部位可分为混合溃疡型、脓肿型、硬结型、蜂窝织炎型。病理显示为肉芽组织肿，类结核结节占多数。经细菌培养证实均为快速生长型分支杆菌感染。所有患者随访6～12个月，经敏感抗菌药和抗结核药联合应用及外科治疗后均痊愈。结论 与医疗美容相关的皮肤软组织快速生长型分支杆菌感染越来越常见，临床表现多样化，易反复，病程较长，对多种抗菌药物耐药，治疗困难。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of non-tuberculous mycobacterial skin and soft tissue infections after facial cosmetic surgery. Methods From January 2016 to December 2021, 9 patients with nontuberculous mycobacterial skin infection were treated in Deparement of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery, The People’s Hospital of Liaoning Province. Combined with microbiological examination, color Doppler ultrasound, pathology and clinical manifestations, the diagnosis process and treatment efficacy were analyzed. Results The facial infection of 9 patients could be divided into mixed ulcer type, abscess type, induration type and cellulitis type. Pathology showed granulomas, with tuberculosis-like nodules in the majority. It was confirmed by bacterial culture that they were all fast-growing mycobacterial infections. All cases were cured 6 to 12 months after the combined application of sensitive antibiotics and anti-tuberculosis drugs and surgical treatment. Conclusion Rapidly growing mycobacterial infection of skin and soft tissue related to medical cosmetology is becoming more and more common, with diverse clinical manifestations, easy recurrence, long course of disease, resistance to multiple antibiotics, and difficult treatment.更多还原
