碳纤维增强复合材料加工成型工艺
Processing and Molding Technology of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composite Materials
【摘要】 与其他材料相比,碳纤维增强复合材料具有更高的比模量和比强度,安全性高、力学性能优异、可设计性强,在体育、建筑、汽车等多个行业中得到了广泛应用。其加工成型工艺方法丰富多样,涵盖了手糊成型、喷射成型、模压成型、层压成型、树脂传递模塑成型、缠绕成型以及拉挤成型等多种技术。为更深入地理解这些工艺,对各工艺的原理、特性及其适用的应用领域进行对比分析,发现模压成型和拉挤成型在生产效率和制品质量上表现突出,而树脂传递模塑成型和缠绕成型在复杂曲面制品制造上具有优势。研究结果显示,不同工艺各有优劣,须根据制品需求合理选择。
【Abstract】 Compared with other materials, carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) have been widely applied in such fields as sports equipment, construction, automobiles, and so on, with higher specific modulus and specific strength, high safety, excellent mechanical property, and strong designability. The involved processing and molding processes include hand lay-up, spray-up process, compression molding, lamination molding, resin transfer molding, winding molding, pultrusion molding, etc. In order to have a deeper understanding of these processes,we compared and analyzed the principles, characteristics and application fields of each process. It is found that compression molding and pultrusion molding have outstanding performance in production efficiency and product quality, and resin transfer molding and winding molding have advantages in the manufacture of complex curved products. The results show that different processes have their respective advantages and disadvantages and should be reasonably selected according to the product demand.
