风-光-抽蓄联合系统抽蓄电站容量优化
Research on Capacity Optimization of Pumped-Storage Station in the Wind-Photovoltaic-Pumped Storage Combined Power System
【摘要】 针对风-光-抽蓄联合电力系统日调节抽水蓄能电站容量优化配置问题,考虑系统典型日负荷需求和系统允许的最大弃风、弃光率,基于新能源出力过程和计划安排的火电出力过程,求取满足负荷需求的抽蓄电站装机容量可行区间;基于源荷匹配的思想,以联合电力系统总出力和负荷需求的匹配程度为目标,构建抽蓄电站容量优化配置模型,在装机容量可行区间内,利用自适应改进粒子群算法对模型进行求解,确定抽蓄电站最优装机容量配置方案。以南方某地区电力系统为例,模拟验证方法的有效性,研究成果可为复杂联合电力系统抽蓄电站容量优化配置提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve the optimal capacity allocation of daily regulated pumped-storage station in wind-photovoltaic-pumped storage combined power system, typical daily system load demands and the maximum rate of wind and photovoltaic power abandonment allowed by the system are taken into consideration. The paper obtains the feasible range of the installed capacity of the pumped-storage station based on the new energy output process and the planned output process of thermal power units. Based on the concept of source-load matching and with the goal of achieving a high degree of alignment between total output and load demand in a combined power system, an optimization model for the capacity of pumping and storage power stations is developed. Within the feasible range of installed capacity, adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to seek for solutions of the model and to determine the optimal installed capacity of the pumped-storage power station. Take a power system in the South as an example, the paper simulates and verifies the effectiveness of the method. The research can provide a reference for the capacity allocation of pumped-storage station in complex combined power systems.
