咪唑溴盐聚离子液体膜材料的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 合成P[AMPS][Bmim]Br和P[HvIm]Br两种咪唑溴盐聚离子液体,将其与热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)按不同质量比复合制备一系列膜材料。通过X射线衍射仪表征膜材料的结晶性能,对合成的膜材料进行力学性能和抗菌性能测试。结果表明:TPU与聚离子液体质量比为9.5∶0.5的复合膜材料结晶性能最好,聚离子液体复合膜对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果显著优于大肠杆菌,其抗菌性能具有选择性。TPU与聚离子液体质量比为8.0∶2.0的膜材料抗菌性能最佳。通过金属离子掺杂策略制备铜离子掺杂的聚离子液体复合膜,进一步增强了抗菌效果。文章为抗菌材料的开发提供新的思路,并为聚离子液体在实际应用中的性能优化提供实验依据。

【Abstract】 Two kinds of imidazole bromine polyionic liquids, P[AMPS][Bmim]Br and P[HvIm]Br were synthesized, and a series of membrane materials were prepared by composite with thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU) in different proportions. The crystalline properties of the membrane materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction instruments. The results showed that the composite membrane material with a mass ratio of TPU to polyionic liquid of 9.5∶0.5 had the best crystallization property. The antibacterial effect of polyionic liquid composite membrane on Staphylococcus aureus was significantly better than that on Escherichia coli, and its antibacterial performance was selective. When the mass ratio of TPU to polyionic liquid was 8.0∶ 2.0, the antibacterial properties of the membrane materials were the best. Copper ion doped polyionic liquid composite membrane was prepared by metal ion doping strategy, which further enhanced the antibacterial effect. The article provides a new idea for the development of antibacterial materials, and provides an experimental basis for the performance optimization of polyionic liquids in practical applications.
