DZ40/600型造槽机槽身混凝土施工实践

【摘要】 基于宋家嘴渡槽槽身跨度大、架空高、侧墙厚度薄、钢筋密集、穿插波纹管且槽内操作空间狭窄等特点,采用DZ40/600型造槽机进行槽身混凝土施工。本文以宋家嘴渡槽槽身施工为例,研究了混凝土配合比,提出了槽身混凝土浇筑、伸缩缝及止水、槽身封锚二期混凝土等施工方法,并总结了施工实践的特点与效果。实践证明,所采取的措施符合工程实际,对保证工程顺利完成并发挥效益作用明显,可为同类型工程施工提供一定借鉴。

【Abstract】 The Songjiazui Aqueduct features a large span, high elevation, thin side walls, dense reinforcement, and embedded corrugated pipes, with limited operational space inside the trough. To address these construction challenges, the DZ40/600 slotting machine was employed for trough concrete placement. Taking the Songjiazui Aqueduct as a case study, this paper investigates the concrete mix ratio and proposes methodologies for trough concrete pouring, expansion joints and water stops, and secondary concrete sealing and anchoring. The construction characteristics and effectiveness of these methods are also summarized. Practical results demonstrate that the adopted techniques are well-suited to the project requirements, ensuring successful completion and optimal performance. The findings provide valuable references for similar engineering projects.
