钢筋混凝土面板堆石坝土工膜面板替代施工技术研究

【摘要】 堆石坝是一种常见的水利工程结构。钢筋混凝土面板是国内堆石坝常用的抗渗构件,但存在质量控制难度大、耐久性较差的问题。而土工膜材料具有方便施工、耐久性高的特点。本研究通过分析土工膜材料的特点和国际土工膜面板应用的成功案例,探讨了土工膜面板替代施工技术的可行性。结果表明,土工膜面板可以为钢筋混凝土面板堆石坝的表层防渗和老旧坝体防渗系统的修复提供技术替代方案。

【Abstract】 Rockfill dam is a common hydraulic engineering structure. In China, the commonly used reinforced concrete panel, a anti-seepage component in rockfill dams, has the problems of complex quality control and limited durability. In contrast, geomembrane materials offer advantages in terms of ease of construction and long-term durability. This study analyzes the characteristics of geomembrane materials and examines successful international cases of geomembrane panel applications to evaluate the feasibility of replacing reinforced concrete panels with geomembrane panels. The results indicate that geomembrane panels can serve as an effective alternative for surface anti-seepage in reinforced concrete faced rockfill dams and as a viable solution for repairing the seepage control systems of aging dams.
