高温燃烧水解-离子选择电极法测定食品包装材料中氟含量
Determination of Fluorine Contents in Food Packaging Materials by the High Temperature Combustion Hydrolysis and Ion Selective Electrode Method
【摘要】 针对食品包装材料中氟化物迁移导致的膳食暴露风险及现有检测方法的不足,本研究旨在开发高效可靠的总氟含量测定方法,明确影响检测精度的关键因素,为氟污染防控提供技术支撑。基于高温燃烧水解前处理技术,自主研发高温水解反应装置,结合离子选择性电极法测定其氟含量,考察水解温度(600~1 200℃)、水解时间(35~60 min)、总氧气流量(100~600 mL/min)等参数对测定效果的影响。通过正交实验优化工艺条件,确定最优水解条件为水解温度1 100℃、水解时间为45 min、总氧气流量为500 mL/min、通入雾化罐氧气流量为400 mL/min。在此条件下,标准曲线相关系数达0.999 3,相对标准偏差为3%~9%,回收率范围为95%~103%。本研究氟含量测试技术,显著提升了食品包装材料中氟含量检测的准确性和重现性,为制定食品接触材料安全标准提供了可靠的分析手段,对推进食品包装材料环境风险评估和污染防治具有重要的实践意义。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the risk of dietary exposure due to the migration of fluoride in food packaging materials and the inadequacy of the existing detection methods, this study aimed to develop an efficient and reliable method for the determination of total fluorine content, to clarify the key factors affecting the detection accuracy and provide technical supports for the prevention and control of fluorine pollution.Based on the high-temperature combustion hydrolysis pretreatment technology, a high-temperature hydrolysis reaction device was independently developed, combined with ion-selective electrode method to determine its fluorine content.The effects of parameters such as hydrolysis temperature(600-1 200 ℃),hydrolysis time(35-60 min),and total oxygen flow rate(100-600 mL/min)on the determination effect were investigated.The process conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments, and the optimal hydrolysis condition was determined to be hydrolysis temperature of 1 100 ℃,hydrolysis time of 45 min, total oxygen flow rate of 500 mL/min, and oxygen flow rate of 400 mL/min into the atomization tank.Under these conditions, the correlation coefficient of the standard curve reaches 0.999 3,the relative standard deviation is 3%-9%,and the recovery rate rang is 95%-103%.The fluorine content testing technique of this study significantly improved the accuracy and reproducibility of fluorine content detection in food packaging materials, providing a reliable analytical means for the development of safety standards for food contact materials, which is of great practical significance for promoting the environmental risk assessment and pollution prevention of food packaging materials.
