汽车A柱护板绒布包覆低压注塑热流道模具设计

【摘要】 针对汽车内饰A柱上护板组件绒布包覆低压注塑成型要求,为之设计了一副两板倒装式热流道模具。模具中模腔采用一模两腔家族式模腔布局,单腔采用3个热嘴进行注塑,以满足绒布包覆成型低压注塑要求。模具结构中,为实现塑件的自动脱模单腔模腔使用了多种类型脱模机构实施脱模。单腔模腔中针对外壁的脱模设计有1个定模锁紧块驱动斜抽芯滑块机构和2个动模锁紧块驱动水平滑块抽芯机构;针对内壁的脱模使用了1个弯销驱动2次转向斜抽芯机构、1个斜导柱驱动斜滑块抽芯机构、1个平行上坡斜顶机构、1个圆顶杆斜顶机构及多个直顶块、顶针元件用于塑件内壁的均衡脱模。平行上坡斜顶机构中,增设了1根斜导柱用于辅助驱动圆斜顶杆在斜顶座内做附加斜坡上坡运动,并分析了该机构运动的矢量运动条件。在特征内壁斜抽芯方向夹角为θ=10°、抽芯深度d2=19.7 mm条件下,机构的圆顶杆及斜导柱顶出方向夹角取β=10°,推板的顶出距离H=118 mm,实现了特征内壁的自动斜向脱模。

【Abstract】 A two plate inverted hot runner mould was designed to meet the low-pressure injection molding requirements for the flannelette coating molding of the A-pillar upper guard assembly in automotive interiors.The mould cavity in the mould adopted the family cavity layout of one mold with two cavities, and the single cavity used three hot nozzles for injection molding to meet the requirements of low pressure injection molding for flannelette coating.In the mould structure, various types of demoulding mechanisms were used in the single cavity mould cavity to achieve automatic demoulding of plastic parts.The demoulding design for the outer wall in a single cavity mould included one fixed mould locking block driving the angle core pulling slider mechanism and two moving mould locking blocks driving the horizontal slider core pulling mechanism.For the demoulding of the inner wall, one bent pin driven twice turning angle core pulling mechanism, one angle pin driven angle slider core pulling mechanism, one parallel uphill lifter mechanism, one dome rod lifter mechanism, and multiple straight ejector blocks and ejector mechanisms were used for balanced demoulding of the plastic inner wall.In the parallel uphill lifter mechanism, one angle pin was added to assist in driving the circular angle ejector to perform additional uphill movement in the lifter seat on the basis of the circular lifter rod lifter mechanism.The vector motion conditions of the mechanism were analyzed.Under the conditions of a characteristic inner wall angle core pulling direction angle(θ)of 10°,a core pulling depth(d2) of 19.7 mm, an angle(β)between the dome rod and the angle pin of the mechanism of 10°,and a pushing plate pushing distance(H) of 118 mm, automatic inclined demoulding of the characteristic inner wall was achieved.
