北京市森林火险等级评价研究

【摘要】 森林火险区划是加强森林防火宏观管理的战略性任务和重要基础性工作。以北京市为研究对象,基于森林火灾风险普查基础数据[气象数据、树种(组)燃烧类型数据、人口数据、道路数据],依据《全国森林火险区划等级》计算各个火险因子的权值,运用数理统计法计算森林火险因子权值之和,计算3项综合得分值,评价北京市各区的森林火险等级。结果表明:延庆区、怀柔区、密云区、昌平区4个区为Ⅰ级火险区,平谷区、门头沟区、海淀区、石景山区、房山区5个区为Ⅱ级火险区,其他区为Ⅲ级火险区。研究结果可以为首都地区森林火灾精准化防控提供依据。

【Abstract】 Forest fire risk zoning is a strategic task and an important foundational work for strengthening the macro management of forest fire prevention. This article takes Beijing as the research object, based on the basic data of the forest fire risk census [meteorological data, tree species(groups) burning type data, population data, road data], the weights of each fire risk factor were calculated in accordance with the "National Forest Fire Risk Zoning Grades". The sum of the weights of the forest fire risk factors was calculated using the mathematical statistics method, and the comprehensive score values of the three items were calculated to evaluate the forest fire risk grades of each district in Beijing. The results showed that four districts, namely Yanqing, Huairou, Miyun and Changping, are classified as Level I fire risk areas. Five districts, namely Pinggu, Mentougou, Haidian, Shijingshan and Fangshan, are classified as Level II fire risk areas. The rest of the districts are classified as Level III fire risk areas. The research results can provide a basis for the precise prevention and control of forest fires in the capital region.
