动物组织胚胎学虚实一体化实验教学模式的建立与实践
Development and Implementation of a Blended Virtual-Physical Experimental Teaching Model in Animal Histology and Embryology
【摘要】 传统动物组织胚胎学实验教学中,长期存在标本资源匮乏、实验场地限制等现实问题,制约教学质量提升。研究以教育数字化改革为导向,依托国家虚拟仿真与智慧教育政策支持,构建并实践了“虚实一体化”实验教学模式。该模式以“虚实融合、功能互补、能力进阶”为核心理念,通过整合高保真数字切片资源与传统显微观察技术,实现了教学流程的系统性重构,开展以学生为中心的混合式教学实践。实践应用表明,该模式提升了教学资源的可及性与复用性,优化了课堂时间配置,并有效促进了学生自主学习、探究学习、协作学习行为的养成。该模式不仅为动物组织胚胎学实验教学提供了可复制、可推广的新范式,也为新农科背景下高等农林院校实验教学数字化改革提供了相关理论参考与实践路径。
【Abstract】 Traditional experimental instruction in animal histology and embryology has long been constrained by practical limitations, including scarce specimen resources and restricted laboratory space, which impedes the enhancement of teaching quality. Oriented by the reform of educational digitization and supported by national policies on virtual simulation and smart education, this study developed and implemented an integrated virtualphysical experimental teaching model. Guided by the core principles of "virtual-real integration, functional complementarity, and competency advancement", the model integrates high-fidelity digital slide resources with conventional microscopic observation techniques, thereby achieving a systematic redesign of the instructional process and implementing student-centered blended teaching practices. Practical application demonstrates that the model improves the accessibility and reusability of teaching resources, optimizes the allocation of in-class time, and effectively fosters students’ self-directed, inquiry-based, and collaborative learning behaviors. The model not only provides a replicable and scalable paradigm for experimental teaching of animal histology and embryology, but also offers theoretical reference and practical pathways for the digital transformation of experimental education in agricultural and forestry universities within the context of emerging agricultural science initiatives.
