玉米浆对产黑色素短梗霉合成聚苹果酸的影响研究

【摘要】 聚苹果酸(PMLA)是一种新型的高分子聚合物材料,被广泛应用于医疗、环保、材料等领域。该研究发现,向基础发酵培养基中添加玉米浆有助于促进产黑色素短梗霉合成PMLA。结果表明,玉米浆添加浓度为7 g/L时,PMLA在5 L发酵罐中的含量可达到(69.73±1.20)g/L,相较于空白组提高了43.5%。通过转录组学分析,发现添加7 g/L玉米浆后,菌体糖酵解途径、尿素循环与TCA循环途径等相关基因表达均有所上调,从而提高发酵液中PMLA含量。

【Abstract】 Polymalic acid(PMLA) is a new type of polymer material, which has been widely applied in medical,environmental protection,materials and other fields. In this study,it was found that the addition of corn syrup in the basic fermentation medium helped to promote the synthesis of PMLA by Aureobasidium melanogenum. Results showed when the added concentration of corn syrup was 7 g/L,the content of PMLA in a5 L fermentation tank could reach(69.73±1.20)g/L,which was 43.5% higher than that of the blank group. After transcriptomic analysis,it was found that after adding 7 g/L of corn syrup,the expression of related genes had been promoted such as bacterial glycolysis pathway,urea cycle,and TCA cycle pathway,thereby increased the content of PMLA.
