【摘要】 慢性肾脏病(Chronic kidney disease, CKD)病机多以“浊邪”为主，刘光珍教授临床发现浊邪既是CKD的致病因素，也是病理产物，贯穿于CKD发生发展始终。文章分析了浊邪导致肾脏病的病因病机，治疗时强调分期论治，应根据浊邪所在部位“因势利导”,驱邪外出。文章总结了刘光珍教授临床上运用发表透浊法、芳香化浊法、渗湿利浊法、通腑泄浊法、解毒化浊法治疗CKD的临床经验及用药规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is primarily characterized by the pathogenic factor of “dampness evil”.Professor LIU Guang-zhen has clinically observed that dampness evil is both the causative factor and the pathological product of CKD,playing a role throughout the onset and progression of the disease.This article analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of kidney disease caused by dampness evil, emphasizing the importance of staging in treatment.It suggests that treatment should be guided by the location of the dampness evil and employ a targeted approach to expel the evil.The article also summarizes Professor LIU Guang-zhen′s clinical experience and medication patterns in the treatment of CKD using methods such as releasing exterior and draining turbidity method, resolving turbidity with aromatics method, draining dampness and benefiting turbidity method, dredging fu-organs and purging turbidity method, and removing toxins and resolving turbidity method.更多还原
