【摘要】 目的 探析古籍医案中诊治湿疹的用药规律。方法 以“湿疮”“湿疹”“湿毒疮”等作为检索词，检索整理中华医典(V 5.0)中湿疹古代医案方药，使用古今医案云平台(V2.3.7)和SPSS Modeler 18.0进行中药频次、四气五味、归经功效、聚类分析、关联规则与复杂网络分析。结果 纳入81首方剂，包含210种中药，所有中药总频次共858次。其中牡丹皮频次最高，药性以寒、温、微寒性居多，甘味药频次最高，其次为苦味及辛味药，归经以肺经、脾经和肝经为主；常用的药物组合为萆薢-薏苡仁、陈皮-泽泻-牡丹皮、赤芍-泽泻-牡丹皮，并通过聚类分析发现2个核心潜在处方。结论 古代医家治疗湿疹以清热为主、祛风为辅，将利水渗湿贯穿其治疗始终；用药甘淡利湿、苦辛开降，疏其邪，除其痰，泄其热，降其气；重用肺经药物，给风湿热邪以出路，为现代湿疹诊治提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the medication rules for treating eczema in ancient medical cases.Methods Using keywords such as “damp sores”,“eczema”,and “damp-toxin sores”,a search was conducted to collect ancient medical prescriptions for eczema from the Chinese Medical Classics(V 5.0).Data on the frequency of use of Chinese medicines, the four qi, five flavors, meridian tropism, therapeutic effects, cluster analysis, association rules, and complex network analysis were performed using the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform(V 2.3.7)and SPSS Modeler 18.0.Results A total of 81 prescriptions were included, comprising 210 different drugs, with a total frequency of 858 occurrences.Among these, Moutan Cortex appeared most frequently.The majority of the drugs had cold, warm, or slightly cold properties, with sweet-flavored drugs being the most common, followed by bitter and pungent ones.The primary meridians involved were the lung, spleen, and liver.Commonly used drug combinations included Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma-Coicis Semen, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium-Alismatis Rhizoma-Moutan Cortex, and Paeoniae Radix Rubra-Alismatis Rhizoma-Moutan Cortex.Cluster analysis revealed two core potential prescriptions.Conclusion Ancient physicians primarily focused on clearing heat and expelling wind when treating eczema, with an emphasis on promoting diuresis and dampness elimination throughout the treatment process.The drugs used were mostly sweet and bland to promote dampness, bitter and pungent to open and descend, expel evil, eliminate phlegm, reduce heat, and descend qi.The frequent use of drugs acting on lung meridian indicates a path to expel wind-dampness-heat from the body.These findings provide reference for the modern diagnosis and treatment of eczema.更多还原
