【摘要】 目的：将中医药性理论应用于营养功能成分配伍，基于药性组合模式构建配方，并针对肾阴阳两虚型更年期综合征设计养生食品配方。方法：基于药理作用预测245种营养功能成分的四气、五味、归经等药性特征，利用Neo4j图形数据库构建药性组合与成分的关系模型，并采用逐步优化法进行肾阴阳两虚型更年期综合征养生营养功能成分配方的设计。结果：预测了牛磺酸、谷氨酰胺、海藻糖、维生素D等245种营养功能成分的药性，得到肾阴阳两虚型更年期综合征的证候要素及药性组合并设计出养生食品配方。结论：为肾阴阳两虚型更年期综合征成功设计包含水苏碱、蒜素、大风子油、丹参酮、螺旋藻和白藜芦醇的配方。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To apply the theory of traditional Chinese medicinal properties to the compatibility of nutritional and functional ingredients, formulate recipes based on medicinal property combination patterns, and design a health food formulation for menopausal syndrome characterized by kidney yin and yang deficiency type.Methods:The medicinal properties(including four natures, five flavors, and meridian tropisms) of 245 nutritional functional ingredients were predicted based on their pharmacological effects.A Neo4j graph database was used to construct a relationship model between medicinal property combinations and ingredients, and a stepwise optimization method was employed to design health-promoting nutritional and functional ingredient formulations for menopausal syndrome of the kidney yin and yang deficiency type.Results:The medicinal properties of 245 nutritional and functional ingredients, such as taurine, glutamine, trehalose, and vitamin D,were predicted.The syndrome elements and corresponding medicinal property combinations for menopausal syndrome of the kidney yin and yang deficiency type were identified, and a health-promoting food formulation was designed.Conclusion:A formulation containing stachydrine, allicin, hydnocarpus oil, tanshinone, spirulina, and resveratrol was successfully designed for menopausal syndrome of the kidney yin and yang deficiency type.更多还原
