【摘要】 基于2017年中国流动人口动态监测调查中105 219个农村户籍的样本数据，采用倾向得分匹配、工具变量法、中介效应模型与多层线性模型，验证流动人口接受高等教育情况在其社会融入中的促进作用。结果表明，流动人口接受高等教育能显著提高其就业质量，如提高收入水平、提升正规就业比例、改善社会保障和降低工作强度等，并以此为中介促进其社会融入。其中，提高正规就业比例和改善社会保障对有子女随迁者的社会融入具有显著促进作用，而降低工作强度则对无子女随迁群体的社会融入具有显著促进作用。此外，受教育水平的提升能够增强流动人口定居意愿，且在流入城市基础教育和医疗服务供给更为充足的样本中促进效果更加显著。为促进流动人口的深度社会融入，提出如下建议：政府相关部门应扩大高等教育在农村地区的招生规模，拓展流动人口接受高等教育的途径，提高流动人口就业质量，健全城市公共服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the sample data from 105,219 rural household registration holders in the 2017 China Migrants Dynamic Survey, propensity score matching, the instrumental variable approach, a mediation effect model, and a multilevel linear model are used to examine the promotional role of higher education attainment in the social integration of the migrant population. The results show that higher education attainment can significantly improve the employment quality of the migrant population such as by increasing work income, raising the proportion of formal employment, enhancing social security, and reducing labor intensity, which in turn acts as a mediator to promote their social integration. Among these factors, increasing the proportion of formal employment and enhancing social security have a significant promotional effect on the social integration of migrants with accompanying children, while reducing labor intensity has a significant promotional effect on the social integration of the group without accompanying children. Furthermore, an increase in higher education attainment can enhance the settlement intentions of the migrant population, and this promotional effect is more pronounced in samples where the destination cities offer more sufficient basic education and medical services. To promote the deep social integration of the migrant population, following suggestions are proposed that relevant government departments should expand the enrollment scale of higher education in rural areas, broaden the pathways for the migrant population to receive higher education, improve the employment quality of the migrant population, and strengthen the urban public service system.更多还原
