基于KANO-AHP模型的旅游专列家庭单元设计研究
RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF FAMILY UNITS FOR TOURIST TRAINS BASED ON THE KANO-AHP MODEL
【摘要】 为解决现有旅游专列家庭单元中存在的问题,通过用户需求驱动的设计理念,提出一种融合KANO模型、AHP法和TOPSIS法的优化方法,优化家庭游客的旅行体验。首先,用KJ法收集家庭游客初步需求,使用KANO模型对需求属性进行划分。其次,采用AHP法构建层次分析模型,分析各需求的权重。最后,运用TOPSIS法对设计方案进行综合评价,确定最优方案。设计以环西部旅游专列家庭单元为例,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。经过分析和评价,确定最佳的家庭单元设计方案,确保在空间布局、功能配置和互动体验方面能够充分满足家庭游客的多样化需求。文章提出的基于KANO模型、AHP法和TOPSIS法的设计优化方法,为旅游专列家庭单元的设计提供了科学化和系统化的决策支持框架。该方法不仅提升了设计方案的实用性和用户满意度,还为同类型设计提供了参考。
【Abstract】 To address the existing problems in the family units of current tourist special trains,an optimization method integrating the KANO model,AHP method,and TOPSIS method is proposed through a user demand-driven design concept,aiming to enhance the travel experience of family tourists.Firstly,the initial demands of family tourists were collected using the KJ method,and the demand attributes were classified using the KANO model. Secondly,a hierarchical analysis model was constructed using the AHP method to analyze the weights of each demand. Finally,the TOPSIS method was employed to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the design schemes and determine the optimal one. The design of the family unit for the Western China Tourist Special Train was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.Through analysis and evaluation,the best design scheme for the family unit was determined,ensuring that the spatial layout,functional configuration,and interactive experience could fully meet the diverse needs of family tourists.The design optimization method based on the KANO model,AHP method,and TOPSIS method proposed in this article provides a scientific and systematic decision-making support framework for the design of family units in tourist special trains. This method not only enhances the practicality and user satisfaction of the design scheme but also offers a reference for similar designs.
