基于服务设计理念的复合性药品包装设计

【摘要】 本研究探讨如何应用服务设计和包容性设计原则,以增强包装的包容性、安全性、便利性和兼容性,进而提升患者的用药体验。本研究采用半结构式访谈法收集并分析了患者用药的情况与需求,据此构建了用户模型。然后,利用服务设计中的用户旅程图和KJ法识别关键的接触点、痛点及机会点,最终提出了一套旨在满足这些需求的药品包装设计策略。在基于服务设计方法论流程进行药品包装设计时,必须理性、深入地思考和挖掘粉末制剂用户在整个使用过程中的痛点和需求,在此基础上提出的创新复合药品包装设计具有很强的包容性,能够满足粉末制剂用户分次服用粉末制剂的需求。它可以满足所有患者的需求,同时提高用药体验的满意度。本研究为开发包容性药品包装设计提供了实用基础,该设计可有效解决粉末剂分次服用的包装问题,同时提高不同类型患者的用药体验满意度。

【Abstract】 This study examines how service design and inclusive design principles can be applied to enhance the inclusiveness,safety,co nvenience,and compatibility of packaging,and thereby enhance the patient’s medication experience.In this study,semi-structured interviews were used to collect and analyze patients’ medication use and needs,and a user model was constructed acco rdingly.Then,user journey mapping and KJ method in service design were utilized to identify key touch points,pain points and opportunity points,and finally a set of drug packaging design strategies aimed at meeting these needs was proposed.When designing drug packaging based on the service design methodology process,it is necessary to think rationally and deeply and dig into the pain points and needs of powder preparation users throughout the use process,based on which the innovative composite drug packaging design is proposed to be very inclusive and able to satisfy the needs of powder preparation users who take powder agents in divided doses.It can meet the needs of all patients while improving the satisfaction of the medication experience.This study provides a practical basis for the development of an inclusive pharmaceutical packaging design that can effectively address the packaging of powder dosage in divided doses while improving the satisfaction of the medication experience for different types of patients.
