【摘要】 特色农业“链主”企业联农带农是现阶段实现乡村振兴的重要抓手，培育新型农业经营主体并引导其与农户开展多种形式的合作和联合，也是顺利实现农业农村现代化和农民共同富裕的关键。本文基于共生理论和价值共创理论，选取甘肃清凉沅中药产业、陕西沁园春茶叶产业和河南好想你枣业产业3个特色农业“链主”企业联农带农典型案例为研究对象，采用探索性多案例研究方法，将产业发展模式归纳为政府主导型共生模式、村企合作型共生模式和多方联动平衡型共生模式，探究特色农业“链主”企业联农带农机制。研究发现，政府、“链主”企业、配套企业、农民合作社与小农户构成联农带农共生系统，在这一共生系统中，“链主”企业通过产业链延伸机制、供应链优化机制、价值链提升机制和利益链联结机制实现联农带农。在此基础上，从延伸产业链条、优化供应链体系、提升价值链水平和健全利益联结机制等方面提出针对性的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Specialized agricultural “chain master” enterprises connecting and empowering farmers is a crucial approach for achieving rural revitalization at the present stage. Cultivating new types of agricultural business entities and guiding them to engage in various forms of cooperation and alliances with farmers is also key to successfully realizing agricultural and rural modernization, as well as achieving farmers’ common prosperity. Based on Symbiosis Theory and Value Co-creation Theory, this paper selects three typical cases of specialized agricultural “chain master” enterprises connecting and empowering farmers from the Gansu QingLiangYuan Chinese medicine industry, the Shaanxi QinYuanChun tea industry, and the Henan HaoXiangNi jujube industry. Through multiple case studies, the industrial development models are categorized into the government-led symbiosis model, village-enterprise cooperation symbiosis model, and multi-party linkage and balanced symbiosis model. The paper also explores the mechanism of specialized agricultural “chain master” enterprises connecting and empowering farmers. The study finds that the government, “chain master” enterprises, supporting enterprises, farmer cooperatives, and small farmers form a symbiotic system for connecting and empowering farmers. In this system, “chain master” enterprises achieve the connection and empowerment of farmers through mechanisms such as industry chain extension, supply chain optimization, value chain enhancement, and benefit chain linkage. Based on these findings, targeted policy recommendations are proposed in areas such as extending the industrial chain, optimizing the supply chain system, enhancing the value chain, and improving the benefit linkage mechanism.更多还原
