【Abstract】 The generation of the discourse for the international communication of the image of the Communist Party of China in the new era follows a necessary logic that is an organic unity of theoretical logic, practical logic and realistic logic. This discourse exhibits a multi-faceted and systematic typology. In its presentation, it features a theoretical discourse with unique markers, symbolic discourse with distinctive identification, value-laden discourse with clear characteristics, institutional discourse with solid representations, and practical discourse with convincing arguments. Discourse optimization is a process of interactive integration among its intrinsic components. Strategically, it aims to consolidate the force of a subject that“unites various factors as a whole” and enhance the leading power of the discourse; to achieve “emotional resonance” in expression and strengthen its differentiating power; to create a “bilaterally resonating” agenda setting and consolidate the guiding power of the discourse; and to construct a discourse space that “combines the virtual and the real” and enhance its intelligent capacity.更多还原
