【摘要】 传统功法（简称“功法”）历史悠久，是中医学的重要组成部分，其学术演进贯穿“道”与“术”的深度融合，并推动理论与实践的共同发展，为功法在养生与治病中的广泛应用奠定基础。近年来，随着临床需求的增长与世界卫生组织的重视，功法逐渐重新获得全球认知，并被纳入多个国内外医学指南的临床推荐中。因此，首先通过梳理功法的学术演进脉络和临床诊疗理念，阐述“道”与“术”在学术传承与创新中的相互支撑与促进；其次，从临床价值、循证证据和未来展望3个维度讨论功法作为现代医疗补充的现实意义和前景；最后，提出未来需从研究方向、研究方法、科技应用和教育推广等方面形成合力，在中西医协同框架下，进一步发挥功法在全球健康事业中的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese exercises(TCE) have a long history and are integral components of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). The profound integration of "Dao"(philosophical principles) and "Shu"(practical techniques) has propelled the academic evolution of TCE, and has fostered the co-development of theory and practice, laying a solid foundation for the widespread application of TCE in health preservation and disease treatment. In recent years, with rising clinical demands and growing attention from the World Health Organization(WHO), TCE has gradually regained global recognition and has been included in several national and international medical guidelines for clinical recommendation. In this paper, we first review the academic evolution and clinical therapeutic concepts of TCE, highlighting the mutual support and reinforcement of "Dao" and "Shu" in academic inheritance and innovation. Next, we discuss the realistic significance and prospects of TCE as a modern medical supplement in three dimensions: clinical value, evidence-based support, and prospects. Finally, we propose that future efforts should focus on research directions, methodologies, technological applications, and educational promotion, forming a concerted effort under the framework of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to further enhance the role of TCE in global health initiatives.更多还原
