【Abstract】 The "People’s City" concept represents a profound critique and conscious transcendence of the logic of capital that has dominated global urbanization for centuries.Its theoretical implications are manifested in its corrective values and practical efforts to overcome the three structural contradictions produced by the logic of capital:spatial alienation,social polarization,and the antagonism between urban and rural areas.Its inherent practical orientation unfolds as a hierarchical governance system that takes "the Party’s overall leadership" as its fundamental political prerequisite,employs the concept of the "urban organic life form" as its systemic methodology,and is structured around the "seven major tasks" as its concrete framework for implementation.The "People’s City" concept not only provides a scientific answer to the fundamental question of "what kind of city to build and how to build it" in China’s new era,but also contributes to the global discourse on urbanization with a "China Solution" :an urban development model that is people-centered and transcends the logic of capital.更多还原
