【摘要】 中药临方制剂作为中医药个性化治疗的核心载体，其质量直接影响临床疗效和用药安全。中药临方制剂的质量控制方法存在耗时长、破坏样品、效率低等局限性，难以满足临方制剂发展的需求。近年来，快速检测技术以其高效、无损、实时等优势，为临方制剂质量控制提供了新的解决方案。通过全面梳理光谱法、感官技术等前沿快速检测技术在中药质量控制领域的应用现状，分析各类快速检测技术的原理与实际应用效果。同时，对这些技术在中药临方制剂中的应用方向展开前瞻性思考，认为中药临方制剂未来将与快速检测技术深度结合，以有效保证中药临方制剂的安全性和有效性，并从技术优化、应用场景拓展等角度提出具体思路，旨在进一步提升中药临方制剂的质量控制水平，为推动中药临方制剂质量控制标准化体系的建立提供坚实的理论与实践参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the core carrier of personalized treatment in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the quality of personalized TCM preparations directly affects the clinical efficacy and medication safety. Personalized TCM preparations have the limitations such as timeconsuming, sample destruction, low efficiency and so on, which can not meet the needs of the development of personalized TCM preparations. In recent years, rapid testing technology has provided a new solution for quality control of personalized TCM preparations due to its high efficient, non-destructive, real-time and other advantages. Through comprehensively reviewing the current application status of the cutting-edge rapid testing technologies such as spectroscopy and sensory technology in the field of TCM quality control, this article analyzes the principles and practical application effects of various rapid testing technologies. In addition, the forward-looking thinking is carried out on the application direction of these technologies in personalized TCM preparations. It is believed that personalized TCM preparations will be deeply combined with rapid testing technology in the future, which can effectively ensure the safety and effectiveness of personalized TCM preparations. Moreover, the specific ideas are proposed from the perspectives of technical optimization and application scenario expansion, aiming to further improve the quality control level of personalized TCM preparations, and provide the solid theoretical and practical references for promoting the establishment of quality control standardization system of personalized TCM preparations.更多还原
