【摘要】 作为一种兼具城市和乡村双重属性的特殊社区类型，如何破解转型社区治理共同体建构面临的双重困境成为提升社区治理效能的关键。基于合作生产的理论基础，建构“结构—过程—绩效”的分析框架并选取D社区环境治理实践作为案例实证。研究发现，转型社区治理共同体的合作生产呈现出政社共治的结构形态、空间共建的运行过程以及价值共创的绩效反馈策略。寻求“合作性”成为解释合作生产何以“可能性”的关键，转型社区治理共同体的建构实质上是社区治理主体合作性再生产的过程，制度互动、关系互嵌、资源互补和价值互融促进了合作利益均衡、合作自觉强化、合作成本降低和合作精神联结，成为社区治理共同体合作生产的实现机制。研究从知识生产的立场阐释中国情境下的合作生产实践，结合实证案例探讨了转型社区治理共同体合作生产的建构逻辑。既是对合作生产理论的有益补充，也为转型社区治理提供了经验借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a special type of community with both urban and rural attributes, how to solve the dual problems faced by the governance community construction in the transition community has become the key to improve the effectiveness of community governance. Based on the theoretical foundation of cooperative production, we construct the analytical framework of “structure-process-performance” and select the environmental governance practice of Community D as a case study. It is found that the cooperative production of the community governance in the transition community presents the structure of political and social co-governance, the operation process of spatial co-construction, and the performance feedback strategy of value co-creation. The search for “cooperativeness” becomes the key to explain the “possibility” of cooperative production, and the construction of community governance community in transition is essentially a process of cooperative reproduction of community governance subjects, with institutional interaction, relational embeddedness, resource sharing, and mutual integration of values promoting cooperation. Institutional interaction, relationship embeddedness, resource sharing and mutual integration of values promote the equalization of interests, the strengthening of cooperative consciousness, the reduction of cooperative costs and the association of cooperative spirit, which become the realization mechanism of the construction of cooperative production of community governance. The study explains the practice of cooperative production in the Chinese context from the standpoint of knowledge production, and explores the logic of constructing cooperative production in community governance communities in transition with empirical cases. It is a useful supplement to the theory of cooperative production, and also provides an empirical reference for community governance in transition.更多还原
