【摘要】 随着人工智能技术的持续不断发展，零工经济再现生机，并呈现出新的特征。零工经济的复兴符合生产力与生产关系相互作用下社会发展的基本规律。人工智能技术为零工经济的发展提供了强劲动力和技术支持，也为更多元化的生产组织关系的出现提供了可能。零工经济的蓬勃发展，一方面使得资本与劳动之间的关系更加复杂，另一方面也带来了积极的社会效应，有助于降低社会就业压力、缓解社会矛盾；然而，这也为平台剥削零工劳动者提供了可能。此外，由于零工经济中的劳动者多被界定为独立承包商，零工经济的发展也为如何更好地保障劳动者权益和实现社会保障体系收入再平衡功能带来了新的挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of artificial intelligence technology, the gig economy has regained vitality and exhibited new characteristics. The revival of the gig economy aligns with the basic laws of social development driven by the interaction between productivity and production relations. Artificial intelligence technology provides the driving force and technical support for the development of the gig economy, thereby enabling the emergence of more diversified production organization relationships. The vigorous development of the gig economy has made the relationship between capital and labor more complex. On one hand, the gig economy helps to reduce social employment pressure and alleviate social conflicts. On the other hand, it also creates the potential for platform exploitation of gig workers. In addition, as workers in the gig economy are generally defined as independent contractors, the development of the gig economy also poses challenges to/for how to better protect workers’ rights and achieve the income rebalancing function of the social security system.更多还原
