碳纤维增强聚苯乙烯的研究进展

【摘要】 碳纤维增强聚苯乙烯(PS/CF)复合材料因其独特的物理和化学性能,在航空航天、汽车制造等领域应用前景广阔。综述了PS/CF复合材料的研究进展,重点探讨了其力学性能、热性能和电性能。力学性能方面,碳纤维的加入显著提升了PS的拉伸强度、弯曲强度及冲击强度;热性能方面,CF增强PS具有较高的热稳定性和热阻性,热变形温度可达200℃以上;电性能方面,CF的引入大幅提高了PS的电导率。未来,随着科技发展和对高性能材料需求的增长,PS/CF复合材料有望在更多领域发挥重要作用。

【Abstract】 Carbon fiber reinforced polystyrene(PS/CF) composite materials have broad application prospects in aerospace, automotive manufacturing and other fields due to their unique physical and chemical properties. This paper reviews the research progress of PS/CF composite materials, with a focus on their mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties. In terms of mechanical properties, the addition of carbon fiber significantly improves the tensile strength, bending strength, and impact strength of PS. In terms of thermal performance, CF enhances PS has high thermal stability and thermal resistance, with a thermal deformation temperature of over 200 ℃. In terms of electrical performance, the introduction of CF significantly improves the conductivity of PS. In the future, with the development of technology and the increasing demand for high-performance materials, PS/CF composite materials are expected to play an important role in more fields.
